I loved staff and location in the hotel, they were good.

Many things to like: outstanding food, fabulous stuff, nice bed.

Accommodation was well lit and clean, rooms where updated. Very comfy beds and a private safe, flat-screen TV and a microwave oven. Bathtubs in the private bathroom was a plus.

Staff and location were very good, and all in all I loved this hotel.

Nice stay in a branded hotel. The location was optimal and room was beautifully designed, I loved highly efficient staff. Historic style property with comfortable furniture in the rooms. Cereal, eggs, muffins, pancakes and hot waffles - expanded breakfast.

Definitely value for money compared to other properties, and neat. Wonderfully decorated rooms and SPECIAL service. I loved the good pool area. Marvelous location, very close to a green garden.

Fairly clean, quiet hotel, there was a bright lobby. The staff were all personable and the continental breakfast was delicious!

Our standard room was modernly furnished, surprisingly spacious. The staff was wonderfully helpful and went the extra mile to provide a really nice stay. Packed breakfast included cereal, muffins, bread, cheese and toast.

Brilliant place to stay while travelling around Cleveland. Perfect location, amazing stuff, clean venue, wonderful breakfast. The room was contemporary and spotless, I greatly enjoyed to be there. They made my stay outstanding. Excellent service offered in this hotel too.

My stay was very enjoyable and I would come here again. Unusual spotless hotel and staff was EFFICIENT. Incredible view, a nice balcony, nice bed, too. Prime location and excellent swimming pool. Moreover, it had parking on-site.

Very attentive staff and free breakfast. Beachfront location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Saint John Baptist Church. I liked a beautiful decor and dark furniture. Restaurant was awesome and fairly clean. Efficient check-in, simple check-out.

Cool hotel with very cordial staff and a very very good breakfast. The room was well decorated, nicely decorated, spacious bathroom. Well-kept facilities and the pool was incredible. Not to mention good wifi! I appreciated to spend time in the amazing karaoke bar.

Handy location with functional rooms, extraordinary service-minded staff and lovely food. There were microwave and terrace in the room, loved that. Walking distance to the beautiful beach. Fast check-in.

By and large, it was lovely place for sightseeing in Cleveland, had much fun. Thanks to valet, who often helped us. Really loved the food at their on-site restaurant Moce Cafe & Bar. Besides, we had free WiFi

The accommodation had everything we needed for our trip, we truly enjoyed service and rooms. We used the free shuttle too. The area was safe.

The staff was excellent and the breakfast was great. We appreciated the fact, that it had a kitchen. Btw, their valet is top! Booked table at Moce Cafe & Bar, it's their onsite restaurant...

it was 15 mins drive to the airport. for dinner, we went to aladdin's eatery, it was short walk from the venue. really loved climate control, multi-channel television and a work desk in the room.

Extremely comfortable bed. It is right by the airport. I appreciated the hotel! An ideal place for exploring Cleveland.

Good location not far from the Amtrak - Cleveland train station. If you plan to visit christmas story house, don't pass this hotel up. In general, the venue was very clean. Our stay there was comfortable.
